Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TOURAIFY, Inc. ("we", "us") governing your use of the FirstPrint mobile application and the getfirstprint.com website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Investment Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.

1. The Service

FirstPrint is a US-market event calendar with push notifications: economic releases, Federal Reserve events, earnings, and related data, plus optional AI-generated summaries. The Service is informational only — see the Investment Disclaimer. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You can browse without an account; tracking and AI features require signing in via Google, Apple, or Facebook.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

3. Free tier and subscriptions

• Free tier: browsing the full calendar, macro push alerts, and a limited tracking quota (currently 15 tickers and 1 theme pack). Quotas may change with notice in the app.
• FirstPrint Pro is a paid subscription (billed monthly; other plans may be offered) that unlocks unlimited tracking and full AI features.
• Subscriptions are purchased in the app only. FirstPrint Pro is billed by Apple or Google through the mobile app. This website takes no payments and has no accounts — the web calendar is free and anonymous.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your device's subscription settings (App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies; we cannot process them directly.
• Prices may change, applying from the next billing period after notice through the store.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive or store your payment method.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the Service, or redistribute, resell, or republish the data feed or notifications;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or circumvent security or quota mechanisms;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable market regulations;
• abuse the AI features (e.g. attempts to extract other users' data or to generate unlawful content).

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and compilation of content, is owned by TOURAIFY, Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use. Third-party data remains the property of its respective owners.

6. AI content

AI-generated content is produced automatically and may be inaccurate. It is provided "as is", without review by licensed professionals, and is subject to the Investment Disclaimer.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIME OR AT ALL.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOURAIFY, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD 100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5–8) survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Delaware, where TOURAIFY, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the State of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
