Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TOURAIFY, Inc. ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the FirstPrint mobile application and the getfirstprint.com website (together, the "Service").
In short: we collect the minimum needed to run an event calendar with push alerts. We show no ads, sell no data, and embed no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. You can browse without an account, and you can delete your account — and the data tied to it — at any time, in the app.
1. Information we collect
Account information (only if you sign in)
- Your email address and basic profile identifier provided by the sign-in provider you choose (Google, Apple, or Facebook). We receive a verified token from the provider; we never see your password.
App data you create
- The tickers and theme packs you track, and your alert settings.
- Messages you send to the AI assistant, processed to generate a response (see "Service providers" below).
Device and technical data
- A push notification token (Apple APNs / Google FCM) so alerts can reach your device, plus device platform (iOS/Android) and app version.
- Server logs (IP address, timestamps, requested endpoints) kept for security and reliability.
Usage analytics (self-hosted, minimal)
- We record a small, fixed set of in-app events related to the purchase flow (e.g. "paywall shown", "purchase result") together with platform and product identifier. This telemetry is collected by our own servers — no third-party analytics SDK is embedded in the app.
Subscription status
- When you subscribe, Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment. We receive a purchase receipt/token to verify your subscription. We never receive your card number or billing details.
2. What we do NOT collect
- No advertising identifiers, no ad networks, no data brokers.
- No contacts, photos, location, or background tracking.
- No brokerage accounts or trading data — FirstPrint does not connect to any brokerage.
3. How we use information
- Deliver the Service: calendars, event data, and push notifications.
- Verify subscriptions and enforce plan quotas.
- Provide AI summaries and answers when you use the AI features.
- Maintain security, debug failures, and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Data retention and deletion
- Account data is kept while your account exists.
- Deleting your account (in-app: Me → Delete account, or see Account Deletion) immediately and permanently removes your account, tracked lists, alert settings, and device push tokens from our production database.
- Purchase verification records stored by us are deleted together with your account; payment records held by Apple/Google are governed by their policies.
- Aggregated product-usage analytics records (feature interaction counters — no conversations, no profile data) may be retained after deletion for statistics.
- Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise deletion directly in the app; for anything else, contact us at info@getfirstprint.com. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA.
7. International transfers
Our servers are operated in the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
