Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your FirstPrint account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (fastest)

• Open FirstPrint and go to the Me tab.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Delete by email

If you can no longer access the app, email info@getfirstprint.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your sign-in. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in association (Google / Apple / Facebook).
• Your tracked tickers and theme packs, and alert settings.
• Your registered devices and push notification tokens.

What may be retained

• Your subscription and payment history with Apple or Google is managed by them — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your device's subscription settings. Purchase verification records stored by us are deleted with your account.
• Aggregated product-usage analytics records (feature interaction counters — no conversations, no profile data).
• Server logs for a limited security-retention period.
